bukittinggi city

Bukittinggi's a small town.Long time ago it's a capital of indonesia.Previously Bukittinggi ever colonized by the dutch.So,here we have some evidence of form of buildings like Jam Gadang,Benteng Fort De Kock.Bukittinggi also colonized by Japan.The legacy is Lobang Jepang.Lobang jepang is a subway,it build by Romusha.Bung Hatta's hometown is Bukittinggi.







Bukittinggi's located in west of sumatera.If you from BIM(Bandara Internasional Minangkabau) just two hours.From Padang,if you wanna go to see Jam Gadang,you just walk straight at sudirman street.From Jam Gadang,you can go to Pasa Ateh,where you can culinary tourism,buy souvenirs,or shopping.The food is unique and the taste is delicious,like lamang tapai,sate padang,etc.From Pasa Ateh you can go down to Pasa Lereng,there we can found many cadger.They sold some glassware,cloths,some meal,etc.


Bukittinggi is education city too,here we have many elementary school,junior school,and high school.And we have hospital like Ibnu Sina,Achmad Mochtar,etc.At weekend time,Bukittinggi so crowded.People from Padang or Pekanbaru here to have their weekend for refreshing.For teenager their like to hangout with their friends at cafe or resto.the famous cafe now is Sumur (susu murni) located in bahola (sudirman street),Bakmi Jakarta-Wadjan at Blaba (belakang balok),La' mor at Panorama.
